House inspection visits (Maximum of 45 minutes per visit) while owner is away.

Arrange for repair people to come as needed.
Arrange for provider to come and service as needed.
Report any irregularity in the property to the owner or representative, and make the necessary arrangements for any repair service to be done. In case of an emergency, we would take the best possible action and inform the owners immediately by phone call.
Send Monthly Financial Status Report of Expenses, no later than 10th of each month.
Our monthly fee varies depending on the area where the property to be managed is located.
We also provide the following services for an extra cost of $300.00 pesos per hour, plus I.V.A. tax.
